Gong and Sound Bath
 (Time for peace and Healing)

Friday 18th February, 7-8pm
Clapton Village Hall
(£12 per person)

Come and enjoy a relaxing hour of Integral Sound Healing, with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, Tibetan bowls, voice and percussion.
Great for releasing anxiety and stress and improving sleep quality. Allows your busy mind to become calm and refreshed, whilst you are enveloped in balancing, harmonious sound. We will be focusing on new beginnings and moving into the New Year with confidence and positivity,

Please wear loose clothing and warm socks. Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (we have a few spare, or you may prefer to sit in a chair). We suggest you bring a blanket and a pillow/cushion for your head and a water bottle plus you may like a scarf or something to cover your eyes.

Please arrive 10/15 mins before we start, so you can get comfortably settled… we will begin promptly at 5pm and there is no late admittance.
